An Osun State High Court sitting in Osogbo, the state capital has fixed 30th September for hearing on the case instituted by the UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo against the management of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC).
The matter came up for hearing on Wednesday before Justice Oyebiyi with the two parties represented by their counsels.
The applicant represented by Mr Badiora informed the court that the respondent filed a counter affidavit to the applicants’ motion on notice for interlocutory injunction and same was served on the Applicants’ counsel.
The Applicant’s counsel applied for an adjournment to enable the Applicant file a further affidavit to the Respondent’s counter affidavit.
The case was further adjourned to 30th September, 2024 for hearing of the application for interlocutory injunction.
The order of injunction which was granted against the Respondent on the 27th of June, 2024 was extended till the next day of adjournment which is the 30th day of September, 2024.
The court said the adjournment was due to the upcoming vacation of the Osun state Judiciary starting on Monday, 8th July 2024.
