A Khadi at the Kwara State Shariah Court of Appeal, Ilorin, Justice Abdul-lateef Kamaldeen has called on those who chose Islamic preaching as a profession to be well grounded in the fundamental principles of preaching just as he described sounded knowledge of Qur’an and Hadith as the cornerstone of Islamic Scholarship.
Justice Kamaldeen made the call while delivering a Ramadan Tafsir on the topic ” Characteristics of a Real and True Islamic Scholar” at the ongoing Ramadan Lecture organized by Islamic Missionaries Association of Nigeria, New Yidi Road, Ilorin
The jurist charged Islamic Clerics to always research on the topic of discussion inline with principles of Islamic tenets
He implored Islamic preachers to be grounded on fundamentals of Islamic knowledge to effectively deliver Allah’s messages to the people devoid colouration and alterations
Justice Kamadeen challenged Muslim Clerics to possess the sterling qualities of prophet Muhammad to appropriately guard them in Islamic propagation.
