The Special Adviser tos President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Presidential Livestock Reform, Professor Attahiru Jega, has arrived in Ilorin ahead of a major lecture on livestock development scheduled to hold at the University of Ilorin on Monday, June 30, 2025.
Jega landed at the General Tunde Idiagbon International Airport alongside Senator Saliu Mustapha, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Senator representing Kwara Central.
The lecture, organised by the Faculty of Social Sciences, will explore livestock development as a key to food security and national stability. The lecture is organised in honour of Senator Mustapha for his outstanding contributions to agricultural policy and rural development.
The lecture is scheduled for 10:00 AM at the university’s main auditorium, with Vice-Chancellor, Professor Wahab Egbewole, SAN, serving as the Chief Host.
