A non political group, the Osun Concerned Forum has hailed the Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke for the manner at which he resolved the crisis in the Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun.
Also, the forum lauded the reconciliation committee set up by Governor Adeleke which eventually resolved the imbroglio in the college.
Specifically, the group hailed the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye who was the chairman of the reconciliation committee, saying that his efforts at reconciling the crisis in the college were exemplary.
The group lauded Akinleye for his stance on objectivity and thoroughness during the sitting of the committee.
The non political group also described Akinleye as a great political icon who believes in fairness, objectivity and peace.
It also called on all the parties involved in the issue to abide by the position of the committee and be guided by all the recommendations of the committee.
Besides, the group appreciated other members of the committee for being thorough and objective in the discharge of their responsibilities in the committee.
While advising the parties involved in the crisis not to incite either the staff or the media against the decision of the state government, the group further admonished the warring parties as well as the whole college community to allow peace to reign for the sake of posterity.
