Change of baton: Ajiboye takes over as Kwara CIPM Chairman

A Director at Michael Imoudu National Institute for Labour Studies (MINILS) Mrs Olaide Ajiboye, ACIPM has emerged  new Chairman of the Charterred Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), kwara state branch.


She emerged the new Chairman at the Annual  General Meeting (AGM) of the institute held on 29th March, 2023 at Michael Imuodu National Institute for Labour Studies (MINILS). 


The emergence of the new executives to run the affairs of the institute for the mext one year became necessary following the dissolution of the previous executives which was led by Mr. Simon Oladipo Oni, MCIPM.


The new Chairman,  Mrs. Ajiboye had served as the Vice Chairman of the kwara branch for the past two years.

Other members who emerged as the executive members of the branch include Mrs. Azeezat Quadri Ibrahim, MCIPM  as Vice Chairman; Mr Rabiu Olanrewaju Hanafi, ACIPM as Secretary;  Mrs. Oluwatoyin Olaniyi, ACIPM as Treasurer; Mr. Timothy Olanrewaju Amusan, ACIPM as Financial Secretary; Mr. Opeyemi Ibidoja, ACIPM  as Assistant Secretary; and Mr. Simon Oladipo Oni, MCIPM the Immediate past chairman as Ex-officio.

The AGM, being the highest decision making of the body, also witnessed presentation of the branch’s activities and financial reports among other activities. 


CIPM, headquartered in Lagos, is the apex body for the regulation of the practice of human resource management in Nigeria.
