Ajibola expressed happiness that his administration was able to build a very strong relationship between the association, Security Agencies and Government regulated Agencies relating to drugs such as the Police, NDLEA, NAFDAC, PCN and MoH.

“NAFDAC gave NAPMMED her words by implementing a corrective measure rather than punitive measure on the members, and this has being done without any prejudice.

“As part of efforts to give support to the state government, our association participated in sensitizing members of public on Covid-19, this I did on radio stations and in newspapers.

“My Administration did not leave any stone unturned as we created good relationship with our sister colloquies such as PSN, NAPPTON, NANNM, APPMAN, NACHEWN.

“Our relationship with the Association of Pharmaceutical Product Marketers of Nigeria (APPMAN) cannot be overemphasized as we took them as our father. And most often they sponsor our programs, as we run to them in times of nees and not for once have they turned us down. We are much indebted to the chairman APPMAN; Adestar, former chairman; OlaMathnic, and our Patron; Fiolu Pharmaceutical for their magnanimous support to us at all time, May God continue to prosper them with lot of blessings”.

Ajibola said the association partnered with manufacturers as “our association serves as a link between manufacturers and the end-users, when new drugs are produced, I give them free advertisement at out meetings”.

“This in turned is being appreciated as NAPMMED members were given discount, credit facilities and in some cases gifts. It is at this juncture, I want to once again express my profound gratitude on the gift of 18 seater, brand new tear leader bus donated to us on August 2013 by The Executive Director, Tuyil Pharm Ind; Most Snr Apostle Awotuyi. The Bus is being judiciously utilized as it is a pride to Kwara Branch when at National functions. My gratitude also goes to the Director Peace Standard Pharm.

“Industry Dr.Samuel Akinlaja for his support on our secretariat.
Quite a number of working committee were established to cater for one issue or the other, these committees had helped my administration in achieving a lot”, Ajibola submitted.
