A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Alhaji Moshood Oyebanji Oyewole has appealed to the new Governor of Kwara State, Alhaji Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq to hit the ground running as the expectations of people are very high.
The chieftain, who is also the founder of Moshood Oyebanji Oyewole Foundation, also urged the Governor to shun sychopants and political Jobbers who derive pleasure in using the shade of the Governor to actualise their selfish gains.
Alhaji Oyewole, in a statement signed by his Media Aide – Tunde Abdulrasaq, noted that it was praise singers that did not allow the past administration perform as no one was ready to tell the truth to power even while on the derailing path.
Oyewole urged him to run an open and all inclusive government which will be beneficial to all and sundry and ensure the dividends of democracy spread to the grass root level.
He urged the Governor to avoid a situation whereby his leadership will be seen in the light of toying with the mandate bestowed on him by Kwarans at home and abroad.
Oyewole however urged the Governor to declare a state of emergency in the health, education and agricultural sectors of the economy, noting that doing this will bring about positive effect on the lives of Kwarans.
While advising him to ensure a youth friendly governance model, Oyewole also urged kwarans and those resident in the state to support the administration of Alhajia Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq, as he noted that there is a lot of woes that had bedeviled the state during the long rule of the past administrations.
The founder of Mashood Oyebanji Oyewole Foundationf prayed for a successful administration under the leadership of Alhaji Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq, and assured all in the state that his foundation will continue to complement the government’s effort in bringing succor to all kwarans within and outside the state.
