The 1979/1984 set of Titcombe College, Egbe in Kogi state has begun the execution of five million naira worth of projects for it’s Alma mater.
The projects which are designed to give the college a face-lift are expected to be commissioned within the premises of the College by next year.
The International President of the Titcombe College Dr (Mrs) Biola Adimula disclosed this in Ilorin today during a special Thanksgiving program organised by the old students of the college held at the 2nd ECWA Church, Aminlengbe area, Ilorin, the Kwara state capital.
The President disclosed that about 60 old students of college converged in Ilorin to discuss about progress and development of their Alma mater during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) , pointing out that some of them came from the United States of America, Portharcourt, Lagos, Abuja, Lokoja, and several other places.
She explained that they decided to reunite after 34 years of departure and described the reunion as an opportunity to meet again and have a refreshing moment among themselves.
The President said they gained admission into the college on September 9th, 1979 and graduated in 1984, and expressed joy that God has speared their lives to meet again afte 34 years of departure.
Adimula however thanked the ECWA Church for establishing Titcombe College, saying that all the products of the college will remain ever greatiful to the founders and forerunners of the the church.
