A coalition of youth numbering in thousands drawn across five local government areas of Ilorin Emirate have drummed their support for the candidacy of Alhaji Shuaib Yaman Abdullahi for the Kwara state governorship seat come 2019 general elections.
The youth, under the umbrella “Emirate Youth For Yaman (EYFY), has expressed their unalloyed support for Alhaji Shuaib Yaman Abdullahi to have a resounding victory during the next year governorship election in the state.
The coordinator of EYFY, Alhaji Moshood Aigoro disclosed this in Ilorin during an interview with journalists, saying that Yaman Abdullahi’s good antecedents and exceptional managarial skills gave the youth and people of the state the conviction that he is the right man for that exalted position of governorship in 2019 election.
Aigoro expressed confidence that Honourable Yaman Abdullahi would rewrite history of kwara by putting in place policies and programmes that will better the lot of kwarans and all residents in the state.
He said Abdullahi possesses food leadership quality and all what it takes to rescue youth from the shackles of unemployment and youth restiveness as well as other anti-social pervasions that are bedevilling Nigeria as a country.
Aigoro described Abdullahi as a complete, selfless and an upright business tycoon who derives pleasure in putting smile on the faces of widows, orphans, widowers, needy and the less privileged in the society.
Also in his comment, the coordinator of “Yaman Youth Alliance (YYA), Alhaji Abdulrasheed Awobimpe disclosed that over one million youth drawn across the three senatorial districts of the state have thrown their weight behind Honourable Yaman Abdullahi come 2019 governorship election in Kwara state.
Awobimpe described Yaman Abdullahi as an answer to poverty, hunger, unemployment, insecurity, thugrry, and a host of other social malaise in Kwara state.
