Eid-el-fitr: Sustain lessons of Ramadan, Baba Asa urges Muslims

A Canada based Nigerian Cultural Ambassador and a Royal Prince of Oro Kingdom of Kwara State, Prince Joel Olaniyi Adeyemi Oyatoye has extended his felicitations to Muslims across the globe on the occasion of the Eid-fitri celebration, marking the end of the sacred month of Ramadan.

Prince Joel Olaniyi in a statement issued to journalists in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, to congratulate Muslims faithful on the successful completion of this year’s Ramadan fast, urged them to allow the lessons of the period continue to reflect in their dealings and be of good behaviour even after the completion of the fast.

He noted that it is important for the people of Kwara State and Nigeria as a whole to sustain good dispositions they displayed during the holy month, especially elements of generosity, goodness, piety, and humility.

Prince Joel Olaniyi popularly known as Baba Asa however felicitated Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON and the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji(Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, members of Muslim community in Kwara state, particularly the people of Oro community on this year’s Eid-el-Fitri celebration.
