Tinubu appoints Kwasu student to tax committee

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of a 400-level Economics student of the Kwara State University, Malete, Olamide Obagbemileke, into the presidential committee on fiscal policy and tax reforms as a Research Assistant and Analyst.

According to the statement posted on the varsity verified Facebook page, on Thursday, the student will work with the secretariat for three months.

The statement read, “Obagbemileke will work with the secretariat for three months period of attachment and has the opportunity to be a student ambassador of the committee.”

Quoting the student appointment letter, according to the statement, “ I have no doubt that your enthusiasm, dedication, and fresh perspectives will greatly benefit our Committee and help us achieve our goals.

“We look forward to working with you and witnessing the positive impact you will undoubtedly make”.
