There is so much Poverty and Hunger among the majority in our Society! There is also constant display of Ostentation and Wastages at the slightest opportunity by the few affluent members of our society.
There are millions who can hardly find food to eat more than once in 2 days. If you need any evidence, observe what happens at social outings of the Rich; you will see display of stupidity/madness in how money is being deployed.
You will also observe at the same scene, some people collecting remnants of food into nylon bags.
Variety of dissimilar foods are collected in the same bag; rice is mixed with ‘swallow’ food, to be taken home for use of family members.
How can such poor people think well of the rich. This accounts for why there is much tension and hatred in our society. Let us endeavour to assist the less privileged members of our society, starting from our relatives and neighbours.
Allah has assured us of recompense (Q 57 v 18). Is there any Reward for Good other than Good (Q 55 v 60)? Jumah Mubarak.
