The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared Ahmadu Fintiri of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the just concluded Adamawa governorship election.
The Returning Officer, Muhammed Melee, declared Ahmadu Fintiri winner on Tuesday evening after polling 430,861 votes to defeat his major counterpart Aisha Binani of the All Progressives Congress who polled 398,788.
