The maiden Summit of the Ilorin Branch of the Share Descendants’ Union (SDU), comes up on Saturday, January 28th, 2023 at Igbomina House, Ganmo in the Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.
The Summit with the theme:”Love and Unity: Instrument for Community Development”, would commence by 11:00am prompt.
A statement by the Chairman of the Union, Mallam Mohammed Ahmed Onijeja, said the Olupako of Share, Oba Haruna Olawale Suleiman Usman-Adegbite, is expected to be Royal Father of the Day while the National President of Egbe Omo Ibile Igbomina, Elder Gabriel ‘Yemi Jimoh will be Chief Host.
It added that the former Governor of Kwara State, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed would be Special Guest of Honour and the Chief Executive Officer, Blessing Petroleum, Alhaji AbdulGaniyu Ajibola would be Chairman of the Occasion.
The Father and Mother of the Day according to the statement are; Alhaji MT Lawal and Hajia Mariam Garba while the Guest Speaker would be Prof James Alabi Adediran.
The statement urged every indigene resides in Ilorin and its environs to attend the programme promptly.
