The Ilorin Emirate For Unity and Development Initiative (IEUDI) has commiserated with the Emir of Ilorin, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, the entire Ilorin Emirate Council and Ajikobi family, on the passing of Alh. Isiaka Yusuf Okunrije, the 12th Balogun Ajikobi of Ilorin.
This was contained in a condolence message that was jointly signed by the National President and Secretary, Moshood Lekan Salau and Abdullahi AbdulRauph AbdulSalam respectively.
“May Allah grant the late Balogun Ajikobi eternal rest and forgive his shortcomings. May He also grant the Emir, the Ilorin Emirate Council, and the family of the deceased the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss”.
“IEUDI prays that the legacy of the late Balogun Ajikobi continues to inspire and guide the Ilorin Emirate towards greater peace, progress, and development” the statement read in part.
