Ma-Assalam Islamic Foundation (MIF), a charitable organization founded by the late Hon. Justice Mustapha Akanbi CFR, has congratulated Olupo of Ajase-Ipo, Oba Ismail Yahya Alebiosu, on his appointment as the Chancellor of the Kwara State University of Education (KWASUED).
The Foundation, in a statement signed by its Coordinator Mallam Toyin Ally Jibril and Secretary Alhaji Is’haq Babatunde, described Oba Alebiosu’s appointment as well-deserved and a perfect fit.
The statement however commended the Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, for making the right choice, describing the appointment as a step in a right direction.
“We are confident that the Oba Alebiosu will use his wealth of experience and vast network to transform the fortunes of the University towards achieving excellence and positive transformation.
“It is our hope and prayer that the Kwara State University of Education will tremendously benefit from Oba Alebiosu’s leadership, given his deep understanding of the state’s cultural and educational landscape”
“We Pray God to guide and garde the new leadership of the institution, as well as the Council under the Chairmanship of Professor Shuaib Oba Abdulraheem, the statement added.
