An Associate Professor from the Department of Arabic, University of Ilorin, Dr. Uthman Idrees Kankawi has congratulated an Ilorin based Islamic Cleric and founder, Darul-Kitab Wa Sunnah College of Arabic and Islamic Studies, Gaa Akanbi area Ilorin, Dr Abdulquadri Solagberu on his recent appointment as a member of the esteemed International Union of Muslim Scholars in Qatar.
Dr Kankawi who is also the Chief Imam of Kobiowu Central Mosque, Tanke, Ilorin, and the Proprietor, Riyahdul – sShooleen College of Arabic and Islamic Studies, described the appointment of Dr Solagberu as a step in a right direction.
