It was a moment of joy and happiness for beneficiaries of Bazarab Educational Foundation’s termly payment of School fees. It is an initiative that was designed by the foundation to cater for the indigent primary school pupils in kwara state.
Presenting the cash to the selected pupils in their respective schools for onward payment to the school management, the founder of Bazarab Educational Foundation (BEF), Dr (Mrs) Zainab Bolajoko Balogun said the gesture was aimed at providing avenues for children that are not born with proverbial spoon in their mouths to have access to sound and qualitative education.
Dr Balogun added that the initiative which started several years back, was equally meant to support the government in its frantic efforts to ensure that every child has access to quality education in the state.
She advised the beneficiaries to be serious with education and show due respect to their parents and teachers, assuring them that their success in life is assured if they strive be good children to their parents and guardians and face their studies squarely.
