An Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN), Senatorial Candidate for Kwara Central Senatorial District, Barrister Abdulkabir Mujahid has promised to leave no stone unturned in addressing problems of poverty, unemployment and educational backwardness if elected during the 2019 general elections.
Barrister Mujahid made the promised while speaking with newsmen in Ilorin, the kwara state capital, averred that the inability of the past representatives to accord priority attention to the welfare of their constituents gave rise to the cirrent challenges being experienced in the state.
He hinted that his decision to contest for kwara Central senatorial seat was borne out of his desire to bring dividend of democracy to the doorsteps of his people with a promise to bring to bear his exemplary leadership and ensure that democratic governance prevailed.
Mujahid expressed displeasure over poverty, unemployment, educational backwardness and total neglect which, according to him, is the handiwork of lack of purposeful leadership that needs to be corrected.
Barrister Mujahid also pledged to make youth empowerment and general well being of the people his priority, with a promise to turn around the fortunes of the district by giving them the opportunity to experience real democratic dividends.
The aspirant charged national leadership of the party to provide a level playing field and ensure fairness and transparency in the process of selecting the party’s candidates to have a rancour-free election
Barrister Mujahid implored the people of the senatorial district to eschew violence and embrace peace before, during and after the forthcoming general elections.
