PDP women leader organises prayer for Saraki, Atunwa

A special prayer was held on Saturday for the Senate President, Doctor Abubakar Bukola Saraki, the kwara state Peoples Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Raraq Atunwa; the candidate to represent Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency Alhaji Abdulrasak Lawal and all party candidates for their victory during the forthcoming general elections in the state.

The prayer was organised by the Party kwara Central Senatorial Woman Leader, Hajia Hassanat Hussein, held at Kuoh, Asa local government area of the state.

Leading the prayer, Alfa Omotayo Tijani prayered for the victory for all the party candidates and peaceful conduct of the forthcoming general elections.

Alfa Tijani prayered for the successful conduct of next year’s general elections in the state and country at large.

Speaking with newsmen, the organiser, Hajia Hassanat Hussein said the purpose of the prayer is for the party victory during the next year’s general elections.

Hajia Hassanat prayered Allah protection and guidance for the Senate President and all the party candidates in the state.

The prayer session was attended by clerics and the party members in the state including the Bale of Kuoh Temidire, represented by Alhaji Salman Sanni, the chairman of the party secretaries in the sixteen local government area of the state who double as the party secretary in ilorin east local government Alhaji Olateju Babatunde, Youth Leader Ilorin East, Mr Saheed Oleshin, the Ilorin East Auditor, Bashir Agidi and the party Secretary, Ifelodun local government, Mr Raphael Bamidele.
