Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdRazaq has appointed a new Governing Council for the Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete.
According to a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mallam Rafiu ajakaye, the former Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof AbdulGaniyu Ambali has been appointed as the chairman of the council, along side other five members.
Other members of the council are;
●Professor Ibrahim Jawondo
●Professor Aishetu Abdulkadir
●Barrister Teju Oguntoye
●Abdullahi Biogera
●Daudu Funmilayo Maryam (Host community and the youth constituency)
The appointments are to take immediate effect.
