The Director-General/CEO of Michael Imoudu National Institute of Labour Studies (MINILS) Mr. Issa Aremu mni, has felicitated with President MUHAMMADU BUHARI; GOVERNOR of KWARA state, Abdulrahman Abdulrasaaq His Eminence, Alh. Dr. Saad Abubakar, the Sultan of Sokoto; His Royal Highness Alh. Dr. Ibrahim Sulu Gambari CFR, the Emir of Ilorin; and all Muslims on the occasion of the birth of our Holy Prophet Muhammed (PBUH). ,
Comrade Aremu in a statement signed by Dr Lawal Moshood, said that the point cannot be overstated that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was truly a messenger of peace, development and enlightenment.
“The Holy Quran preaches love, justice and fairness to all. The piety, and selflessness as well as the good deeds ( Sunnah) of the Prophet attest to the message of Islam! At times like this, the forces of darkness and ignorance are promoting dysfunctional conflicts at work places, fueling wars between peoples and nations”
“The people of faiths and knowledge must stand up for justice and peace as preconditions for United Nations Sustainable Development Goals of eradication of global poverty and ignorance among others by 2030.” he added
Comrade Aremu pledged that MINILS will work for industrial peace and harmony and National development as part of the mandate of the Institute, just as he wished all Happy Eid Maulud.
The MINILS DG on behalf of the Honorable Minister of State Ministry of labour and Productive MR FESTUS Kyamo SAN, Chairman and Governing Council members, the entire Management and Staff of the Institute rejoice with Muslim faithfuls and Nigerians as a whole with an advice to in the spirit of the celebration embrace peace, unity and togetherness.
