“If anybody died of Tuberculosis in the state, it is presumed that the person has committed a suicide mission.
“A disease that has the capacity to kill, such disease can easily be detected, this disease can be treated free, this disease is curable, then why must anybody die of that disease?  So, we should ourselves know whether if anybody died of that disease has died as an act of God or a suicide.
